Begin Application >In the event of a public health emergency, volunteers will be needed to assist in the distribution of medication to the residents of Maricopa County. Public health emergencies can be related to bioterrorism, contagious disease or other illnesses.
Maricopa County's dietetic internship offers a public health focused supervised practice program with two tracks: (i) a full time track and (ii) a track for qualified WIC employees working in an Arizona program. Interns will work with dietitians from a wide variety of disciplines and be exposed to a wide range of nutrition services from metropolitan and rural areas.
