The HOPE Division is seeking a Contracting & Procurement Strategy Intern to lead a strategic review of its Request for Proposals (RFP) development and contract monitoring workflows. DELIVERABLES: This intern will conduct a high-level environmental scan of current practices, facilitate focus groups with program and contract staff, and synthesize lessons learned across recent funding cycles. The intern will also research and summarize best practices from peer health departments or relevant public sector sources to identify models that could inform local improvements.
