Community Resilience Plan Intern
The Community Resilience Plan Intern works directly with a community partner to develop a resilience plan that fosters the community’s ability to build on its strengths, power, and assets. Elements may include civic contacts, governmental structure, processes, procedures, networks, and funding opportunities. The plan will meet the following criteria: simplified language, reflect the cultural and linguistic needs of the community, accessible and adaptable by the community.

People and Culture THRIVES Intern
The People and Culture intern will support the ongoing work of the People & Culture Team. During the internship period, the intern will support event planning and implementation of several major events to promote a resilient, engaged, and thriving workforce, including THRIVES webinar series, Wellness in-person events, and new employee activities. There will also be opportunities to attend current THRIVES events, participate in team meetings and training opportunities, and join our P&C team.

HOPE Evaluation & Impact Intern
Improve onboarding and internal planning by designing a feedback survey, a supervisor check-in process, and a program inventory with a visual impact map of HOPE’s public health work.

Support onboarding and team engagement by creating a Culture & Communication Toolkit and staff video series. Interview team members, draft content, and develop resources that showcase how HOPE works together and welcomes new staff.
