Some necessary tasks include assisting with organizing and inventorying of existing grant and subrecipient files, developing task tracking tools to ensure timely completion, and assisting with compiling subrecipient lists, grant term dates, UEIs, and agreement identifiers.
This position will assist with populating and validating data in various trackers and help establish a standardized process that is followed consistently across multiple departments. Other tasks include formatting and organizing monitoring templates, creating file naming conventions and folders, and supporting the preparation of training materials and job aids.
