You will support smooth operations and improve tracking systems, along with other duties as assigned to support MCDPH Heat Relief Program.

In this role you will be part of the MCDPH Heat Relief Team, assisting with preparation for and support during the heat relief season. You will maintain and enhance the inventory database by integrating partner distribution tracking, identifying gaps in resource availability, and helping streamline distribution processes to ensure equitable access for all partners. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support community resource management and develop skills in inventory tracking, partner coordination, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for partners using the HRN Resource Center. - Coordinate supply and water distribution efforts to ensure fair and timely delivery to partners. - Maintain the existing inventory database, updating stock levels daily. - Enhance the inventory system by integrating partner distribution tracking for better transparency and management. - Identify gaps in resource distribution and propose solutions to streamline processes. - Collaborate with partners and internal teams to improve communication and operational efficiency. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the resource center’s mission. Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with partners. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
