This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support process improvement initiatives through process mapping, analysis, and collaboration with internal teams. The intern will work on real-world projects aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency, using Lean and Six Sigma tools as part of a structured improvement track. Key Responsibilities: -Collaborate with teams to document and analyze business processes through process mapping. -Participate in root cause analysis and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. -Support the development of a project charter including problem statements, objectives, and success criteria. -Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to assess current state processes and propose improvements. -Work with interest holders to gather information, validate findings, and refine proposed solutions. -Present findings and recommendations through written documentation and team presentations. -Maintain clear records of project work to support sustainability and implementation after the internship concludes.
