We are seeking a part-time intern to join our Communications and Marketing team and optimize our intranet for improved usability and increased engagement. This role will focus on creating engaging content, improving site structure, and enhancing the user experience. The intern will play an important role in helping to make our intranet a go-to resource for employees. Key Responsibilities: • Write and post regular news updates to keep employees informed and engaged. • Reorganize and streamline the intranet menu for easier navigation. • Collaborate with the Internal Communications Coordinator and the continuous improvement team to implement enhancements. • Create simple, visually appealing graphics to support content and improve user experience. • Contribute “how to” procedures to an internal SharePoint Resources guide. • Review SharePoint analytics and prepare monthly report for leadership Qualifications: • Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, engaging communication. • Interest in web design and optimizing layouts for ease of use. • Ability to work independently and in a team setting with confidence. • Basic graphic design skills are a plus. • An interest in exploring and learning about website analytics. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in web content management, user interface design, and collaborative project work.
